Spiritual Life

Students are also to grow spiritually through various activities. Weekly chapel services provide a dedicated time for students to come together and engage with God's word. They participate in memory verse programs, memorizing and reciting verses related to chapel lessons. Daily devotions and prayer are integrated into their routine, cultivating a personal connection with their faith. Throughout the year, a Biblical curriculum is taught, allowing students to explore and deepen their understanding of Scripture.

During chapel, students actively communicate God's word to one another through creative means such as acting out stories, illustrating verses or themes through artwork, sharing personal examples, and even role-playing lessons from the overall theme. Students all have chapel families which is a mixed grade group that encourages students to share their faith with students younger or older than them. Chapel families allow a space for younger students to be mentored and older student to become mentors. We ultimately want students to grow the character traits of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, faithfulness, and self-control.
