There are several ways you can support City Tree, from purchasing exclusive teacher experiences and class artwork to entering sweepstakes. All items are LIVE NOW!​

General Information:
Dress saturated in your favorite color, or wear all the bright colors at once! Enjoy music, dancing, and both live and silent auctions while a taco truck provides a delicious array of fiesta favorites.
Proceeds from ticket sales and donations through the sweepstakes and auctions will go towards enhancing our children's special activities in the arts, music, and sciences.

The sweepstakes is a great way to include family and friends in the fundraiser, even if they live far away or cannot attend the Gala!

We are really excited about our featured auction item this year!
The Safe Harbor Social Emotional Health program engages students in healthy conversations about how to think about and process their emotions in productive ways.
The program provides:

Three to four 25 minute interactive lessons
-
Teacher resources and tools
-
Parent resources and communication prior to program implementation.

Donate towards Student Academic Success in increments of $100, $250, $500, or $1,000.
Students can get in on the auction fun with teacher experiences! These are unique experiences with their teachers outside of classroom hours.
Experiences range from a whimsical Fairy Garden Tea Party to a fun-filled Bowling Night, pottery painting, and much more!

Teacher experiences are filling up fast, so log on to reserve a special experience for your child.
Each teacher has chosen an item for his or her classroom that they are really excited about sharing with their students.
Parents have the opportunity to donate money towards that item in increments of $20. For example, to donate $60, add three $20 donations to your cart and checkout.

The students have been working hard to create beautiful art projects this year. These projects vary from coasters, to paintings, to mirrors. Lots time and love has gone into them and the students are very proud of their projects!
Art projects can be viewed and bid on in the "Silent Auction" portion of Rally up.
You can filter the Silent Auction items by "Class Art Project" using the drop down menu on the right.
Each class puts together a basket of items based around a theme. These beautiful baskets are packed full of goodies that will help you enjoy a date night, relaxing spa day - and many more!

These baskets will be available for purchase through our silent auction.
General Experiences range from special dinner parties to sports outings with friends! Purchase your spot to enjoy these one-of-a-kind experiences!

Thanks to the hard work and generous support of our families and community, many items were donated for the Gala. All general donations will be auctioned via the silent auction portion of Rally Up.
Really want an item? Place a max bid, and let Rally Up automatically bid for you if you get outbid! Proxy bidding automatically stops if/when it hits your max bid.​
Ways to get involved
Last chance to bring in donations for our auction, which is key to reaching our fundraising goal. The student who brings in the most donations wins a party for their class.
Some fun ideas:

Vacation homes/trips: Big Bear, Mexico, etc.

Unique experiences: Spaghetti dinner at a fire station, behind-the-scenes tour

Sports, music, and entertainment tickets: Club seats at Padres, Rady Shell Events

Lessons: Personal training, ski lessons, music lessons, cooking classes

Services: Handyman, electrician, landscaping, house cleaning, wood-working

Gift certificates: Restaurants, retail stores, movie theater
We're looking for volunteers to help make this gala a huge success! Whether it's setting up, helping with event activities, or assisting with donations, your support will make a huge difference.
