
Extracurricular Activities
In addition to our robust curriculum, City Tree provides a variety of learning opportunities before school, after school and during lunch. Having most of the activities on campus is extremely convenient for parents and provides students with a greater opportunity to expand their education.
Guitar Lessons

Piano Lessons

Jazz Band

K-8th Grade Dance

After School Spanish
City Tree Preschoolers age 4-5 have the chance to learn Spanish through music, crafts, and other hands-on activities in special after school courses. Contact Isabella Ruiz at isabella.ruiz@citytree.org.
Volleyball
Girls at City Tree can learn teamwork and the sport of volleyball. Grades 4-8 are allowed to try out for the sport. For more information, contact Sara Hooper at sara.hooper@citytree.org.


Basketball

Cinematography Club

Student Council
All 4th-8th grade students are eligible to run for City Tree's student council. Under the advisement of a City Tree staff member, the council meets regularly and works together to plan events for the student body, organize charitable fund-raisers, and brainstorm ways to improve and serve their school. Chapel Team
Students in grade 6-8 can choose to be a part of City Tree's Chapel Team. Singers and musicians serve in the chapel band, while others assist with audio visual equipment and assist with set up/tear down for weekly chapels. Students meet at lunchtime to rehearse and prepare. In addition to leading music in chapel, the Chapel Band occasionally performs at other school and church events. King's Daughters
King's Daughters is a Christ-based program for girls ages Kindergarten - 8th grade. We enjoy Bible studies, cooking, crafts, and service projects together. Meetings are on Mondays from 3:30pm-5:15pm. Contact Jennifer McCain for more information at kingsdaughtersctcs@gmail.com.

Playball

Boy Scouts
Troop 15 meets at First Presbyterian Church of San Diego on Tuesdays at 7:00pm. Currently there are over 45 boys registered and active in the troop. The boys range in age from 11 to 17 years old. For more information contact the office at info@citytree.org.

Webby Dance
