City Tree offers infant care for children beginning at 6 weeks.
Our staff is dedicated to providing quality care and education for each child. We are very proud of the caliber and longevity of our well qualified teaching staff, among the finest in San Diego County.
Grow Curiosity
Infants and toddlers are born scientists; they love to investigate and explore. At City Tree we nurture this natural curiosity through age-appropriate sensory activities, investigations, outside time, and even trips to the school garden. The infants also participate in the school-wide science fair.
Grow Minds
The mind of an infant and toddler is an amazing thing! The infant brain is wired to help them understand the world and learn new things. During this critical time of early childhood, City Tree teachers love their young students and get to know them. They form enduring bonds with the infants that teach them about human relationships. The City Tree infant program is relationship-based care at its best!
Grow Community
To our City Tree infant families, City Tree becomes like an extended family. We walk alongside new families as they learn the joys, triumphs, and struggles of parenthood. A sense of community is vital during these early years, and we take pride in ministering to infant families and connecting them to the larger City Tree and First Presbyterian Church family.
