Make a Payment
Tuition payments are due on the 1st of every month. Payments can be made via EFT, online or in person.
Payment Options
There are three payment options to pay your child's tuition. EFT is preferred because it's free for you and is one less thing for you to remember monthly. Tuition is due the 1st of every month. A $30 late fee should be added if you pay after the 4th.
1. EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer): Tuition is automatically debited from your checking account monthly, on time without fees. To sign up for EFT, fill out this form and submit it to the office along with a voided check. Forms also available in the office.
2. ONLINE: Payments can be made online using a Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card. A 3% processing fee will be added to all online payments. To make a payment online please have your bill in hand so that you can enter the dollar amount due. Registration fees, extracurricular fees and Summer Camp registration cannot be paid online.

3. IN PERSON: Payments can be made via check, money order, or cash* at City Tree. During business hours (7:30am-4pm), payments can be made in the office. Outside business hours, payments can either be mailed in or dropped in the tuition box outside the office.
*Cash can only be accepted in the office during regular business hours. Please do not mail cash or place it in the tuition box.
If you are already signed up for Electronic Funds Transfer (tuition is normally deducted automatically from your bank account), DO NOT use the credit card payment option. This will result in double payment for the month. If you wish to cancel automatic payment and begin paying by credit card, please notify the office prior to the 15th of the month. You may then start paying by credit card beginning with your next statement. Please contact the office ASAP with questions!
We are committed to the privacy of your personal and credit card information. This site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of the information you provide. Under no circumstances is any of your personal information or financial data shared or distributed in any way with a third party not directly involved in the payment process. The submission of your data is done from secure pages, and the transmission of the data between your computer and the acquiring bank authenticating and approving the payment is encrypted.
