Parents/Guardians will respect all staff members.
Any parent losing their temper in any verbal or physical manner
with any staff member will have their child immediately expelled
from the program.
Parents/Guardians are responsible for picking up
their children at the time stated in their payment schedule. Children
are to be picked up no later than 6:00pm. If a staff member has
not received a phone call from the parent or guardian by 6:30pm,
the child(ren) will be picked up by the San Diego Police Department.
Parents/Guardians must sign their children out of
the program. If a child is to be picked up by someone other than
those listed on the release form, the program must be notified via
a Temporary Release Authorization Form placed on the classroom clipboard
the morning before pick-up.
Changes in address or contact number(s) must be reported
to the school immediately to ensure the safety of children in case
of emergency.
Policies and procedures stated in the Parent Handbook
will be followed and supported by all staff, children, and parents.
Suggestions and direct parent involvement in the
program is encouraged and always greatly appreciated. The staff
really looks forward to working with you and your children. Remember
that we are here to make this program as beneficial and enjoyable
as possible.
