Resource PROGRAM

The goal of City Tree Christian School’s Resource Program is to assist children who are struggling in specific academic areas, commonly language arts or math. The Program helps children decrease learning deficits and show scholastic gains. Teachers recommend students who might benefit from this additional support. If a parent has concerns about their child’s academic progress and feels that the Resource Program might be of benefit, they should discuss these concerns with their child’s teacher. Enrollment forms for this Program are available from the Resource Teacher.

Students who qualify for resource help are placed in a pullout program. They typically meet with the Resource Teacher four times per week in a small group setting. The classroom teacher and Resource Teacher develop an individual plan for each student based to his or her needs. Parents receive a special progress report from the Resource Teacher at each grading period.

There is an additional charge of $65.00 per month for this Program.
