registration DATES

2008-2009 School Year

• February 4th -  Enrollment packets distributed to cubbies/parent files of all currently enrolled CTCS students*.  Additional packets for siblings available in the school office.

• February 4th - First day of Priority Enrollment - begin accepting enrollment paperwork and deposits from current CTCS students and their siblings.

• February 29th - Last day of Priority Enrollment for current CTCS students and their siblings.  Last day of guaranteed enrollment for Fall 2007.

• March 3rd - First day of Open Enrollment.  All inquirers from outside CTCS are welcome to submit enrollment information and registration fee for class space available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• April 30th - Last day to enroll at the lower registration fee.  All registration fees must be paid in full in order to pay the lower rate.  All missing paperwork must be returned.  Those paying the balance of registration after this date will be allowed to register only if space is available in the class desired and higher registration rates will apply.

• May 1st - Ongoing enrollment through summer and into school year on a space available basis. (Registration fee increases by $50.)

  * Per Tuition Payment Policy, student accounts must be kept current to maintain priority registration status for the following school year.
